I was just wandering through the web when I stumbled upon this great and creative infographic and I couldn’t help myself but share it with you guys! Basically it’s exactly what you need to show the next skeptic co- worker who thinks ERP is “unnecessary…”
This infographic, by SAP, uses a flow-chart that prevents you from ever saying “I don’t think I’ll implement an ERP system in my company” again. It starts by presenting the various challenges that might stand in your way, whether it is the fear of a complexed implementation process, the size of your company, or the belief that an ERP system is simply not necessary.
